serious question; if you put two pieces of cheese on a grilled cheese do you put one piece of cheese on each slice of bread or do you put them both on one piece?
But they both go in the middle…this is…
Where I work we use American cheese so the slices are a little smaller than normal cheese, like Swiss or what have you. (:
This is the kind I use. Why is this bothering me so much?! xD
Yes! :) Grilled cheese assembly is serious business!
Its true. The cheese has to both be on the same piece of bread or else everything is fudged up
This is how I do it. Sit yo asses down, cause you’re about to learn how to make a kickass grilled cheese.
1) Lightly butter your bread, each piece, on one side. Treat that bread like it’s a fine lady that you are trying to turn on. Be gentle, or else you’ll break it, and you don’t want cheese melting everywhere.
2) Place 1 slice, butter side down on the pan.
3) Add cheese
4) Add the last piece of bread, butter side up.
5) Cook that bitch until she’s golden brown like Snookie at the Jersey Shore.
Well kind of. Except that both pieces of bread have to be toasting at the same time and then you put one on the one with cheese and then let them sit for a few more minutes to make sure the cheese is at the highest level of melted goodness
